Job OverviewAt AppleOne, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our call center team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our beneficiaries and medical insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from beneficiaries, providing accurate and timely information regarding medical insurance.

Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and medical insurance representatives, ensuring clear and effective resolution of issues.

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Mien, and Korean (written and verbal).

High School Diploma or GED (proof required).

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
