Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
As a Shift Lead at Walgreens, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shift. This includes opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and patients, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage cash handling, including processing transactions, handling customer refunds, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Support the management team with tasks such as ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control.
- Obtains and maintains valid PTCB or ExCPT certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
