Store Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Supervisor to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in the absence of management, ensuring all systems are started up and cash handling procedures are followed.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including creating and maintaining attractive store displays and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
Requirements
- 1 year of prior leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
