Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow.
  • Assist in Kanban processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure kits are consistently available.

Essential Skills

Hard Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, index matching, and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve inventory shortages.
  • Excellent coordination and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role requires full-time onsite presence. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with potential for additional hours as needed.
