Job Title: NOC Engineer

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and escalating critical events affecting customer production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and escalate critical events affecting customer production environments
  • Generate and publish application performance reports
  • Provide notification to customers and service teams for Severity 1 events
  • Own the entire life cycle of Severity Level 1 communications bridge handling
  • Act as a central point of contact for technical support teams, including status updates for ongoing incidents/events
  • Collaborate with network engineers, systems administrators, and software engineers regarding technology and hardware upgrades
  • Work closely with wireless technology groups
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience supporting event monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with alert monitoring tools, such as Open View Operations or SolarWinds
  • Incident management and handling experience
  • ITSM tool exposure, preferably ServiceNow
  • Telecommunication equipment knowledge, including radio, wireless networks, and IT communication tower hardware
  • Application monitoring experience, preferably SAP monitoring
