Job Title: Rep Customer Operations

As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with our Customer Operations Manager and Customer Sales Representatives to ensure that our customers' needs are met, and their shipping requirements are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned customer accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and increase business.
  • Analyze customer inquiries, make informed decisions, and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments based on customer-specific needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with our Carrier Team to ensure that all client shipments are proactively booked and tracked for on-time pickup or delivery.
  • Support pricing and quoting activity with guidance from our Account Executive.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related studies preferred.
  • Previous freight brokerage experience preferred.
  • Proven commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Committed to exceptional customer service and execution.
  • Able to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others.
  • Able to work in a team environment while delivering independent results.
  • Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Work Environment:

This role requires frequent sitting, reaching, and talking. The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel objects. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds may be required. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and temperate climate conditions.
