About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Arxada's Newark, NJ plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor work with Maintenance Mechanics to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Develop and execute procedures for plant maintenance to ensure safe operations and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate all open PMs and work orders in the SAP system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with production to schedule equipment downtime and coordinate with mechanics to complete work.
  • Enforce compliance with all plant standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Black Seal Boiler Operator License required.
  • 5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing various types of pumps, mechanical seals, and other equipment.
  • Experience with CMMS software and asset management.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and piping/tank inspection codes.
What We Offer

Arxada offers a competitive salary range of $86,400 - $105,600, plus a short-term incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
