  • Respond to and manage crises that may arise during therapy sessions or in the community
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to treatment
  • Educate clients about mental health, coping mechanisms, and strategies for maintaining mental well-being
Requirements:
  • A degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Licensure as a mental health professional in UT (Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LMHC)
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling, especially in an intensive outpatient setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse populations
