Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate in the Guest Services Areas, guiding visitors to their desired destinations within and outside the facility.
  • Offer information about local attractions, amenities, and services, as well as provide assistance with retail transactions, copying, faxing, and printing.
  • Manage scooter and wheelchair rentals, and stay connected via a two-way radio to ensure seamless communication with management, security, and staff.
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people on all levels, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent record of dependability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • At least six months of customer service experience, with previous POS experience and a commitment to customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and internet navigation, as well as the ability to interpret schedules and maps.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a command of the English language and excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and respond politely to all individuals.
  • Self-motivated and flexible, with excellent physical stamina to work in an indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to loud noise, heat, and cold.
