Position Overview

The Broker Support Specialist role will assist the regional office in serving independent brokers who market the Company's offerings, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations. This position will facilitate essential processes throughout the entire new business flow on behalf of the Regional Sales Directors and RVP.

Note - this is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to broker partners throughout the quoting and underwriting process.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Company's product range to effectively represent the Company in the marketplace and service the office.
  • Offer constructive feedback to the RVP regarding the Company's processes to enhance office efficiency.
  • Perform data entry for quoting and underwriting information.
  • Deliver requested quotes accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough paperwork reviews to ensure all documentation for prospective clients is complete, collaborating with RSDs, brokers, and customers to gather necessary information.
  • Support a designated group of RSDs in a collaborative team environment.
  • Engage with other departments within the organization to further the Company's objectives.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with health insurance concepts.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range:

$50,000-$50,000 USD
