Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collector to join our team at Yes& Companies LLC. As an Asts Collector, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with owners and managing a portfolio of accounts from 0-60+ days delinquency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to owners about current or past due mortgage payments, recovering delinquent accounts.
  • Provide complete account management and portfolio of accounts from 0-60+ days delinquency and bring them current.
  • Document each customer interaction, conversation, and payment arrangement.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the department.
  • Negotiate payments via telephone and email.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and phone etiquette.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to balance and split skill set between customer service and collections.
  • Experience in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of FDCPA, CFPB, and FDIC a plus.
Working Conditions:

No budgetary responsibility.

Work Posture Requirements:

  • Sitting: Constantly.

  • Driving: N/A.
Salary:

Starting rate of $12.50 per hour.
