Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes by accurately managing guest information.
- Ensure all room charges and services are correctly documented on guest statements.
- Assist guests with payment processing, including accepting various forms of payment.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel services, amenities, and facilities.
- Address special requests from guests and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized front desk area.
- Support guests during emergency situations with appropriate responses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. We offer a range of benefits including free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.
