Communicative Disorders Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at AB Staffing Solutions. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.
About the PositionThis is a full-time, in-person position with a contract through the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or a similar program. A Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certification (ESA) with appropriate endorsement is also required.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $80-$90 per hour based on experience, with a weekly pay range of $3,000-$3,375 DOE. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) and Flex Spending options, paid vacation time upon eligibility, and credentialing assistance before, during, and after employment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
- Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
- Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
- Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
