This role demands exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Duties:

  • Gather and assess completed documentation necessary for activating insurance policies.
  • Engage in clear and effective communication with insurance agents and internal stakeholders to address their needs.
  • Clarify processes and expectations to ensure comprehensive understanding among all involved parties.
  • Examine submitted documents for accuracy, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies.
  • Prepare documentation for electronic signatures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding the status of requests and related questions.
  • Utilize available resources to evaluate requests and determine suitable actions or solutions.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST.
  • In-office presence is required three days a week.
  • Remote work is available for the remaining days.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry processes is advantageous.
  • Experience in case management is a plus.
