Requirements:
- Pharmacist license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in pharmacy.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Maintain advanced skills in area of practice, demonstrating a commitment to continued professional growth and advancement of the pharmacy profession.
- Strong computer skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and excellent presentation, facilitation, and training development skills.
- Demonstrated decision-making, team-building, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Life support training courses may be required dependent on department discretion.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Will occasionally lift up to 35 lbs. without assistance.
