Quality LPN Medical Records Specialist

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in providing quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
This position requires a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of nursing principles and procedures.
Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as performing basic nursing procedures, like wound care and catheterization.
Accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record is also essential.
Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members is crucial for providing comprehensive patient care.
Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and participation in team meetings and in-service training are also required.
Adherence to infection control protocols and safety guidelines is mandatory.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program and previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
