- Recruit and Retain Staff: Create an environment conducive to recruiting and retaining staff, and provide feedback to management to assist in hiring and promoting staff.
- Lead Performance Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement new approaches to meeting goals, and lead performance improvement initiatives that focus on patient safety and quality of care.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: Five (5) years of nursing experience in a healthcare environment.
- Licensure: Current Texas Board of Nursing (or Compact State) RN license required or temporary TX License (Permanent license to be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
