Job Overview

SCSB is seeking a talented and adaptable Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Floating CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our eight branches. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Cross-sell products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services, staying informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in banking or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Basic math skills, with accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions.
  • Ability to multitask, working effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel between branches.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
