Job Summary

Under general direction, the purpose of the position is to perform school-based duties associated with providing guidance and assistance to students applying for financial aid and VA benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel students on grant and scholarship eligibility, ensuring they receive the maximum amount of financial assistance available.
  • Assist students in completing and submitting financial aid applications, including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Provide information and guidance on VA benefits, including the Post-9/11 GI Bill and other education-related benefits.
