Position Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Educator for Emergency Services plays a crucial role in enhancing professional nursing practice and ensuring high-quality patient care through the development and delivery of evidence-based educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding and orientation processes for nursing and healthcare personnel.
- Design and implement educational activities aimed at addressing practice gaps for both licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Plan and deliver engaging educational content that promotes active learner participation.
- Participate in research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives within patient care settings.
- Develop strategies to support continuous professional development and lifelong learning among staff.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field is required.
- A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care environment is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical education is preferred.
