As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care and overseeing all operational functions within your unit during your shift. Collaborating with the management team, you will direct and assess nursing care in line with established protocols, serve as a resource for staff, and embody the organization's mission and values to foster an outstanding patient experience.

Your role will include:

  • Facilitating admission and discharge processes to enhance patient flow
  • Participating in the continuous evaluation of patient care quality
  • Implementing nursing strategies to boost staff engagement
  • Contributing to staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Managing staff schedules in accordance with patient care needs
  • Overseeing inventory control and supply management

To qualify, you should possess an Associate Degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
