In your role as a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care and oversee all unit functions during your shift. Collaborating with the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing practices in line with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient admissions and discharges to maintain efficient operations.
  • Participate in the continuous evaluation of patient care quality in collaboration with management.
  • Support staff engagement initiatives through effective communication and rounding practices.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
  • Implement recommendations for staff performance evaluations and compliance with policies.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure alignment with patient care needs.
  • Oversee inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment.
