Elara Caring Home Health RN Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite team of healthcare professionals in providing patient care across the entire continuum of care.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact, caring for patients wherever it is they call home.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an outstanding compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days of employment, as well as a 401K match and paid time off for full-time staff.

As a Registered Nurse with Elara Caring, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference by carrying out our mission every day.

  • Deliver quality patient care across the entire continuum of care.
  • Partner with our patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing preferred.
  • A current State License as a Registered Nurse RN.
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical care setting.
  • Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred.
  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
