Success in This Role

The ideal candidate will possess the capability to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective customer engagement, technician leadership, service sales, and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with mechanical and/or control systems.
  • Advanced understanding of the construction or HVAC sectors, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, and other building subsystems is essential.

Preferred Skills

  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in integrating low voltage building subsystems using various industry protocols (e.g., LON, BacNet) is preferred.
