Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
    • Ensure that all restaurant zones meet Raising Cane's standards during a shift
    • Act as manager on duty and handle cash handling and accountability
  • Crew Management
    • Direct and motivate crew members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
    • Provide training and development opportunities to crew members
    • Ensure that all crew members are aware of and adhere to Raising Cane's policies and procedures
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
