Qualifications:

  • Culinary school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Possession of a valid CA Food Handlers Card is mandatory.

  • Demonstrated excellence in culinary skills, supervisory capabilities, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong background in all kitchen stations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and creativity in menu design.
  • A genuine passion for the culinary arts.

Work Schedule: Willingness to work weekends and holidays is required.

Additional Information: Familiarity with dining room operations and special event (banquet) preparation and service is advantageous. A strong desire for professional growth and sharing knowledge with colleagues is essential.
