Job Summary

As a Clinical Quality Coordinator at Baptist Health System, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Core Measure Requirements. This position involves coordinating efforts with the facility quality manager and hospital administration to implement evidence-based best practices for core measures patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct concurrent case reviews to guarantee timely implementation of best practices for core measures patients
  • Monitor and track compliance with core measure requirements
  • Develop and provide staff education on externally reported measurements
  • Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to quality assessment and efficient managed care.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
