Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Sepsis Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sepsis services and protocols, developing policies and procedures related to sepsis care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

What You Will Do
  1. Develop and implement evidence-based care delivery to improve patient outcomes
  2. Collaborate with physician champions to develop and implement sepsis programs and protocols
  3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  4. Manage problem resolution and protocol performance for program efficacy

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 5 years critical care RN experience
  • Current Texas RN license
  • Preferred: Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification

$83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
