We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Services Manager to join our team at American Health Partners. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food service is provided to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients
  • Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure they are providing excellent service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure they are within budget
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure that our patients' dietary needs are met

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a food service setting
  • Associate's or higher degree in food service management or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
