Position Overview:
We are in search of a driven HR professional to become part of our team as an HR Administrator, responsible for both strategic and coordination functions.
This role merges the administrative and coordination tasks necessary to support diverse HR initiatives while providing an opportunity to gain strategic HR generalist experience in a dynamic business environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR best practices, exceptional communication and coordination abilities, and the capacity to cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with new-hire requirements while streamlining the process for a smooth and positive experience.
2. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and separations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
3. Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, benefits information, and performance evaluations, utilizing HRIS systems.
4. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events, to cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
5. Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
6. Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure uniformity and compliance in the selection process, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
7. Compile and analyze HR data to derive insights and trends, presenting findings to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
8. Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and diversity metrics, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, including coordination and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding new employees.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus) and other HR-related software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
