\Sam's Club, a leading membership-based retailer, is seeking an Independent Optometrist to join our team. This opportunity allows you to establish your own practice while leveraging our resources and support.
\Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
\Job Description:
\We are looking for an optometrist who shares our commitment to patient-centered care and is passionate about delivering exceptional eye health services. As an independent optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have access to equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative and/or opt-tech support services, if state allowed.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:
\To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license. Additionally, you should have general liability certificate and professional liability insurance certificate. A W-9 form is also required.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, and additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), based on location, may also be included. Stock is also available.
