Infojini is seeking a dedicated and caring Resident Care Specialist to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Job Description:As a Resident Care Specialist, you will be an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement effective care plans that promote residents' independence and overall well-being
- Current C.N.A certification in Maine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Estimated salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year
