Cleveland Clinic Research Coordinator II Job Description

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator II to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a Research Coordinator II, you will play a vital role in the implementation and conduct of research projects, ensuring adherence to research protocol requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation and conduct of research projects, including maintenance of regulatory documents and binders, data management, and IRB submissions.
  • Communicate with sponsors, monitors, research personnel to ensure all aspects of study compliance.
  • Collaborate with study team to schedule pre-site selection visits, site initiation visits, webinars, monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Monitor and report project status, completing regulatory documents, data capture, and monitoring plans.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of research protocol to coordinate the comprehensive and compliant execution of assigned protocols.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health care or science related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience as a Research Coordinator I or performing the role of a Research Coordinator I.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer-based skills, especially in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work in collaboration and cooperation with members of a multidisciplinary team.
