SCHOOL BASED SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educational staff and families regarding students' speech and language challenges.
- Conduct initial screenings and comprehensive evaluations to assess the need for services.
- Engage in the IEP process, developing performance levels, goals, and treatment recommendations for eligible students.
- Deliver speech therapy sessions utilizing current best practices as outlined in the IEP.
- Maintain all necessary documentation in accordance with district requirements and professional ethics.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
