Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing shifts, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Shift Manager at Mas Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Food Quality and Customer Satisfaction: You will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation, and that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
  • Managing Shifts and Staff: You will be responsible for managing shifts, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: You will be responsible for ensuring the complete and timely execution of marketing programs, including promoting our brand and products to customers.
  • Leadership and Development: You will be responsible for leading by example, providing guidance and support to staff, and contributing to the development of our team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills: You will need to be able to motivate and direct staff, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: You will need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous Experience in a Restaurant or Fast Food Environment: You will need to have previous experience in a restaurant or fast food environment, with a strong understanding of menu items, kitchen operations, and customer service.
