We are seeking a skilled Procurement Category Manager/Global Category Manager to lead our team in developing and implementing global strategies, fostering strong relationships to enhance and improve Cost Quality and Delivery across Procurement.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, strategic direction of partners and suppliers, and driving and improving in-contract supplier performance.
You will also lead complex negotiations, create total cost or acquisition/product cost lifecycle models, and draft contracts to maximize the value proposition across all major categories.
Additionally, you will develop, deploy, and maintain relevant integrated commodity/category supplier strategies, manage commercial risks within the supply chain, and lead a team of buyer(s) to excel in their strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and strategic direction of partners and suppliers
- Drive and improve in-contract supplier performance
- Lead complex negotiations and create total cost or acquisition/product cost lifecycle models
- Develop, deploy, and maintain integrated commodity/category supplier strategies
- Manage commercial risks within the supply chain

Requirements:
- Associates degree in Business, Engineering, or other discipline and 7+ years of experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other discipline and 5+ years of experience, OR
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or discipline and 3+ years of experience, OR
- JD/PhD, OR
- 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
