YOUR ROLE MATTERS:

  • Responsible for the inventory, balancing, and servicing of all assigned kiosk machines during your shift.
  • Conducts routine maintenance, cleaning, and operational checks on kiosk machines.
  • Communicates any kiosk-related issues to the Kiosk Supervisor.
  • Handles transactions, transfers, and exchanges with the Main Bank.
  • Monitors the daily performance of machines using the Cage X-Change Manager.
  • Investigates any discrepancies in shift reports and alerts the Kiosk Team Lead.
  • Collaborates with TDN services for machine upkeep and enhancements.
  • Processes TiTOs, manages jackpots, and compiles shift reports for reconciliation.
  • Addresses short pays and resolves customer disputes related to kiosks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Upholds strict confidentiality regarding all company matters.

WHAT WE SEEK:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, are essential.
  • Capability to navigate effectively within the work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently with team members across all levels.
  • A proactive approach with high energy levels to tackle challenges is important.
