Position Overview
The Senior Analyst for Revenue Operations is crucial in executing strategic initiatives within the Revenue Operations team. This role involves utilizing various data and reporting platforms to support leasing, onboarding, retention, and demand generation teams through analytics and project assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Manager of Revenue Operations on strategic projects, providing analytical support and insights.
- Analyze data to identify tactical and strategic trends that align with business priorities.
- Participate in strategic reviews, implementation, and change management processes.
- Attend cross-functional meetings, representing the interests of Revenue Operations.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations leaders to create regular and ad-hoc executive presentations.
- Communicate opportunities, findings, and recommendations effectively through data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, engineering, statistics, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions.
- Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and communicating timelines to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across departments.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, along with proficiency in SQL.
