We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our global brokerage team. As a Loss Control Consultant, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough loss and operational analyses, assessing adherence to best practices and regulations, and developing effective risk improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough loss and operational analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective risk improvement programs to mitigate losses and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction, safety, risk, or insurance
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to travel moderately, including some overnight travel
