Introduction

Gallagher's global brokerage team is seeking a skilled Loss Control Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Loss Control Consultant, you will play a critical role in addressing risk head-on and safeguarding businesses. About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to conduct loss and operational analysis, assess adherence to best practices, standards, and regulations, and develop and/or utilize existing plans and materials required to achieve successful implementation of risk improvement programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client business, risk, risk profile, and risk control service techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough loss and operational analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement risk improvement programs to mitigate potential losses
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored risk management solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in loss control, risk management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational or Industrial Safety, Fire Protection, or Risk Management
  • Certifications in risk management or a related field
