Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the risk-rating of quantitative models and perform validation of financial or operational models.
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate the implementation and integration of risk management activities across the Bank.
  • Act as an internal advisor to Bank business units regarding risk management matters and assist in the enhancement of controls and monitoring activities.
  • Develop and review risk management policies, procedures, and controls, and prepare status reports and key metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of current regulatory and industry trends impacting the Bank's risk management principles and policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of risk management, consulting, or operations experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with reporting and analytical tools such as Excel, Brio, or MS.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with quantitative data modeling, analysis, or data management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in risk, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles, financial modeling, and banking systems and processes.
  • Quantitative modeling or analysis and data management skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to facilitate change through collaborative effort.
