About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to lead our Experience Design (XD) Team in creating exceptional digital experiences for patients and caregivers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing multiple projects simultaneously across various accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Omnicom Health Group as we continue to push the boundaries of digital innovation and thought leadership in the industry. You will work closely with our team of experienced designers, copywriters, and art directors to develop solutions that meet the overall project and account goals.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing various digital projects, including mobile-first websites and native phone or tablet applications. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working with internal and external development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with UX design leads, copywriters, and art directors to drive strategic and conceptual vision across various projects within the patient journey
  • Influence project-level planning and overall design of the user experience for multiple projects
  • Develop an experience strategy and collaborate with brand teams to execute creation of the user experience design
  • Create visual design concepts and communicate needs and manage the visual design process from ideation to development and launch

Salary Range: $128,500 - $130,000 per year
