About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Peachtree Orthopedics. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, and clinical staff.

Our estimated annual salary range for this position is $52,000 - $72,000, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Efficiently schedule patient appointments, taking into account location, time, physician availability, insurance status, and injury status.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including demographics and medical history.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to schedule conflicts and ensure smooth communication between departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
