As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk area. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

You will schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage the front desk area. You will also assist with registration, collect co-pays, and notify the Clinical Manager of patients arriving without scheduled appointments.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience working in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
