About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Systems Analyst to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert support for the definition and refinement of business requirements, as well as quality assurance and acceptance testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and debug software components of high complexity
  • Provide implementation, production, and upgrade support for software components of high complexity
  • Act as a liaison between the application team and the user community, responsible for facilitating communications, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support
  • Work with the user community to define business requirements in sufficient detail and define business use cases that systems configuration, development/enhancement, and/or operations activities can be pursued
  • Oversee the development of user and technical documentation according to department standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business area, plus 6 years of IT or business experience
  • 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including a deep understanding of its capabilities, functionalities, and best practices
  • Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals
  • Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for the development team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
