Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Minded Leadership: Interface with customers to ensure quality delivery of contractual obligations.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of delivery teams and provide internal coordination with and utilization of internal program support functions to ensure efficient and effective project administration.
  • Project Support: Deliver project support for VA clients, providing advisory and subject matter expertise (SME) support to help clients meet project goals and missions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and manage a portfolio of profit and loss and communicate findings and recommendations of financial analysis.
  • Leadership Development: Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and coaching to program managers and task leads.
  • Candidate Onboarding: Actively lead and participate in interviews and onboarding of candidates.
  • Client Representation: Professionally represent ECS at client progress meetings and briefings and support day-to-day client relationships and communications.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • Ability to think strategically to effectively assess client and project team situations and assemble solutions to meet client and program team needs.
  • Ability to lead and direct large and complex project teams.
  • Proficiency in relationship and management, communications, and business development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships at all levels within an organization while possessing diplomacy and cooperative style necessary to work effectively with diverse individuals across functional disciplines.
