We are in search of a meticulous individual to become part of our team as a Composite Materials Technician in the Autoclave Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing vacuum bagging and various techniques for the fabrication of composite components.
  • Preparing and refurbishing molds, cores, and core boxes for manufacturing.
  • Assembling parts in accordance with established work instructions.
  • Ensuring a tidy and secure working environment.
  • Documenting materials utilized for traceability purposes.
  • Achieving production targets and timelines.
  • Employing scanning technology for tracking time and attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the fabrication of composite parts is preferred.
  • Capability to accurately interpret instructions.
  • Competence in using measuring tools and basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Physical Demands:

  • This position necessitates standing, manual dexterity, and the capacity to lift materials.
  • Attention to detail and concentration are critical.
