We are currently seeking a Senior Account Director to oversee a pivotal account, specifically a Fortune 500 client in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability for organic business development, capable of identifying and nurturing new opportunities while effectively managing existing commitments. This role is tailored for a leader who is inherently sociable, both in digital spaces and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit strategic insight to aid in the development, management, and coordination of long-term execution plans aligned with the client's business objectives.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of integrated campaign management, particularly in influencer engagement.
- Provide consistent account management through various communication channels with clients and agency partners.
- Formulate engagement strategies, approve content, manage project scopes, deliverables, and campaigns, while ensuring resource allocation aligns with the strategic vision across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with strategy teams and clients to pinpoint emerging platforms and trends that drive innovation.
- Effectively communicate and advocate for impactful ideas that enhance brand visibility and relevance.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Foster ongoing relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Enhance client relationships by recommending, creating, and executing effective campaigns.
- Understand business concepts and client objectives to identify opportunities for campaign expansion.
- Facilitate client presentations and internal briefings.
- Keep all agency teams informed and motivated regarding business objectives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in managing integrated accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, and diplomatic. Ability to work closely with clients to streamline communications and identify growth opportunities.
- Natural leadership qualities with extensive experience in managing strategy and creative processes to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience in executing social media, influencer, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- General understanding of awareness marketing principles, particularly in social media.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of internet culture, social platforms, and consumer behaviors.
- Commitment to excellence, including flexibility in working hours, proactive issue resolution, and a focus on identifying emerging trends.
- Experience managing Social AORs for large corporations or brands, ideally within the QSR sector.
- Proven track record of managing and leading diverse talent through campaigns and productions.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $190,000, with additional bonus potential. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including market dynamics, experience, specialized skills, and level of responsibility.
