Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team at Amerock Corporation. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will be responsible for providing data-driven analysis and support to Executive leadership throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making and communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team.
  • Offer clear margin analysis at the customer, product, and channel level, understanding components driving margin (volume, price, and cost).
  • Support month-end report out to business leaders, including P&L Results (sales, margin, and opex).
  • Forecast update and identify items not visible in the numbers driving the forecast.
  • Provide financial justification for proposed investments and assess their potential impact on the company's financial performance.
  • Help identify opportunities to manage expenses appropriately with sales.
  • Support data needs for business leaders and finance leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • At least 4 years in a FP&A role and 7+ years in the finance field.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel).
  • Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, and comfortable combining multiple data sources.
  • Effective and professional communicator comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership.
  • Ability to work in a team environment of hard-working colleagues.
  • Effectively self-manage schedule, work location (home/office/remote) and competing priorities from multiple internal customers/projects.
