Hunter Hamilton is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for our Huntersville, NC facility. This is a direct hire position, and you will be working on-site throughout training, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement afterward. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in SAP, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. In this role, you will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting the Head of FP&A Americas in managing processes and projects across multiple business units, as well as providing operational finance support for Additive Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, analysis, planning, forecasting, and supporting various finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance and propose actions to improve business outcomes in areas such as margins, costs, and cashflow.
  • Recommend benchmarks and highlight key areas for improvement.
  • Support cost-saving programs and optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in the monthly internal management reporting process, providing insightful analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Lead cross-business projects and develop financial and operational metrics.
  • Prepare complex financial models and analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize key financial processes and take ownership of FP&A-related internal controls.
  • Monitor and track capex budget, spending, and requests.
  • Support pricing activities and OOE/lean initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for FP&A Managers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
